World 21 is a new and worldwide initiative with the aim of using TV and the new information technology (IT) in the fields of development-, education- and culture-services. The most up-to-date means are used for solving former matters by World 21.

World 21 Foundation’s Head Office is located in Spain. October 20th, 2004 it was registered in the Registry Office of Foundations Protectorate of the Spanish Ministry of Culture, No. 1026.
The main goal according to its Articles of Association is:
Creating and supporting a communication system and interactive training for sustainable development, education for democracy, respect, peace, human dignity, skills and knowledge exchange and international cooperation.
For carrying out the scope, the aims and activities of World 21 Foundation are audiovisual production; written, Internet, radio and TV broadcasting with a high social and ethical content for spreading causes and values, fostering closer education for development in human being and cultural spreading (Chapter III. Art. 5 of Articles of the Association).
It registered in the Registry Office of Non-Governmental Organization at the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI).
The World 21 Foundation is an associated institution and participates in Global Compact at the United Nations..
