Communication Networks

Amongst our immediate proposals, which are directly connected to scope of the Foundation, the main action is the setting up of the first World 21 network of terminals.
The project start-up will make possible the access to information, knowledge and communication in places with learning difficulties, which belongs to Four Generation of Human Rights (access to information, knowledge and communication) and raising citizens' awareness

The beginning project has got three enclaves: Santa Anita District located in the suburbs of Lima, Peru; an education centre in Tendrara (Morocco) and the Head Office in Madrid. Then World 21 Foundation is a consistent and progressive TV application for Co-development, International Cooperation, Grinding Poverty, Identity Creation, Self-esteem and Human Development.

World 21 system is based on a worldwide broadband network that allows many functions, including sending and receiving audiovisual products, especially in the field of education. Other potential uses include follow-up for development programs, videoconference conversation with an education centre, and Technical TV direction from those places towards another places, follow-up of the micro-credits, literacy, registration and graduation at the education centres and universities from underdevelopment countries, tele-health system, tele-agriculture, connection to knowledge centre from underdevelopment countries, development, democratic practices, music, disseminate traditional oral narrations, follow up of the crop harvests, foster parents, literacy interactive programmes, e-learning, long-distance degree courses or live connections, amongst another performances.

Apart from using the network by any NGOs, foundation or institution for development, creation of culture, music, art, audiovisual resources and any other human activity for communication directed at the social development.

Human creativity marks the limits of usefulness and capacities of World 21.

Then World 21 is an educational and knowledge network, which wants to be a global network. Its goal is to foster democratic values, respect, raising awareness, peace and development and above all, human dignity in all its activities worldwide.

In later phases, as World 21 continues to develop further along lines established by its goals and objectives, the sites where terminals have been installed could grow to be focal points of economic and social development thanks in large part to the World 21 system. Julio Verne.
